Warranty and returns

The company is confident in the quality of electric cars and their spare parts, so it provides a warranty on them. 

New product warranty - 14 days*.

The warranty for installation and performance check on used goods is 14 days**.

A number of services are also provided, thanks to which customers receive their goods in perfect condition. Namely:

- Mandatory inspection and testing (defectoscopy) of the electric car as a whole, and each auto part separately, for performance by specialists in this field (electrical engineer, armature technician, paintwork specialist);

- if necessary, provision of pictures where you can see each part in more detail;

- cleaning and packaging of the goods before sale.

Returns must be made in the same manner as receipt***.

Refunds are made in the same way as the payment was made, in the amount and currency of payment****.

Services related to using (installation, activation) of goods (parts, units, or assembly units) purchased from the Company in order to detect faults (diagnostics, etc.) in the Client's (customer's or third party's) vehicle are paid. The cost of the service - is 25% of the price of the goods, the period during which such goods can be returned - is 5 days.

 

* New goods can be returned (or replaced with the same) in their original condition, without signs of installation, physical wear, and tear, and/or damage.

** Used goods can be returned and replaced with the same, only within the above warranty period and if the buyer discovers a non-working condition of the part, defects, or any hidden defects. The warranty does not apply to 1) paintwork of the body elements, since the goods are allowed to have transportation traces (scuffs, small shallow scratches; small transportation points); 2) glass, discs, and electrical equipment. Claims for the return of used goods (and the actual money paid) are not accepted if: - the customer provided incorrect data to search for the goods; - the customer rejected the goods after making advance payment for this product.

*** Shipping charges, unit installation/removal charges, and other charges associated with returning both merchandise and money will be borne by the buyer. Both new and used items, within three days of return, will undergo a second defectoscopy procedure to ensure that they are returned in their original condition. The procedure of defectology and terms of accepting the return of the goods: - the presence of our marks or labels on the goods (parts, units, components); - comparison of the pictures taken before sending to the client with the actual state of the returned goods for the lack of new (additional) external damage and defects; - the original state of the unit for integrity, completeness, no signs of installation (not disassembled, not twisted bolts. threads, etc.).

**** Refunds are made within three working days from the date of re-definition of the returned goods.
